DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Assists customers with schedules and payments
- Coordinates executive communications, including taking calls and responding to emails
- Organizes reception and store area
- Other related duties may be added per manager as needed
- Tracks customer contact and history information
- Handling Petty Cash & Billings.
- Client Interaction & coordinating with them for services.Taking appointments of clients & customers.
- Fixing up the appointments & rescheduling as an when needed.
- Inventory Management on daily basis, weekly & monthly basis.
- Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone
- Coordinate in office activities
- Coordinates arrangements for visitors and internal/external meeting
