  • Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience

  • Assists customers with schedules and payments

  • Organizes reception and store area

  • Tracks customer contact and history information
  • Handling Petty Cash & Billings.
  • Client Interaction & coordinating with them for services.Taking appointments of clients & customers.
  • Fixing up the appointments & rescheduling as an when needed.
  • Inventory Management on daily basis, weekly & monthly basis.
  • Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone
  • Coordinate in office activities
  • Coordinates arrangements for visitors and internal/external meeting
